About us

Snjoptica is a cake-art studio from Šabac, Serbia, run by Ljiljana Stojićević — more than 14 years of hand-sculpting fondant figures and cake decorations.

The studio specialises in one-of-a-kind fondant cake toppers made to order for every kind of celebration, and in “Fake Cake” decorative styrofoam cakes built for shop windows, weddings and photography. Alongside the finished pieces, Snjoptica runs a library of recorded video courses that teach professional figure modelling step by step.

The online courses — recorded in Serbian — reach students all over the world, while handmade figures and display cakes are shipped by courier across Serbia. Years of craft, patience and an eye for the smallest detail are what let Snjoptica teach working pastry chefs and complete beginners alike.
