General

These terms govern the relationship between Snjoptica (Ljiljana Stojićević, Šabac, Serbia) and visitors to this site, and anyone ordering fondant cake toppers, fake display cakes or online courses. By using the site and sending an order you accept them.

Ordering

Orders for figures and display cakes are taken over WhatsApp only, on the number shown on the site and in the footer. Send your idea, a reference photo if you have one, and the date the piece is needed — you will get a price estimate and a lead time in return. An order counts as confirmed only once both sides have confirmed it over WhatsApp.

Making and lead times

Every figure and decoration is made by hand, so lead times are agreed individually depending on the complexity of the order and the current workload. Times quoted over WhatsApp are estimates and may change with prior notice.

Fondant figures are not edible

Fondant figures are made as decorative pieces and are not intended to be eaten — they may contain a wooden or wire armature for stability. Fake Cake pieces are built from styrofoam and are likewise inedible; they are made for shop windows, photography and celebrations.

Course language

All video courses are recorded and narrated in Serbian only. There is no English audio, no subtitles and no transcript, and none is planned. Please take this into account before buying: a course bought in the expectation of English narration is not grounds for a complaint. The free bear course is there so you can judge the format before you pay for anything.

Payment

The method and timing of payment are agreed individually over WhatsApp, depending on the type and size of the order. Course prices are listed on the site in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Copyright

The photographs, texts and design of this site belong to Snjoptica and may not be used without permission. Course videos are for the buyer's personal use and may not be shared, re-published or resold. Photographs you send so that a figure can be sculpted from a likeness are used for that purpose only.
